Feel like the pandemic has you in a rut and in need of some help and motivation? Coach Garry will help you achieve your physical fitness goals in one-on-one ZOOM sessions. Sessions can be booked for 30 minutes or 1 hour. Discounts are available for packages of 10 classes or more. There is no minimum level of fitness necessary. Coach Garry will tailor a program to your current fitness level and goals. Don’t worry if you don’t have equipment at home. You can get in shape with just bodyweight exercises. Looking to put on some muscle and have equipment to train with? No problem, Coach Garry can put together a program using whatever equipment you have available to help you get there.
