Fitness classes run Monday-Friday. On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday we have Fitness Kickboxing and on Tuesday/Thursday we have Strength & Mobility. Fitness classes run at the same time as our 6-13 year old kid’s classes. Our fitness classes are geared towards high level competitive athletes and stay at home parents. We customize everyone’s work out to fit their current fitness level and their goals.
