Fitness classes run Monday-Friday. On Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday we have Fitness Kickboxing classes that run at the same time as our 6-13 year old kid’s classes. For those looking for a good workout that also focuses on practical self defense, proper form and technique our fitness program also includes our Striking Fundamentals classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 7-8pm. Our fitness classes are geared towards high level competitive athletes and stay at home parents. We customize everyone’s work out to fit their current fitness level and their goals.
