Our Mixed Martial Arts and Striking program blends elements of Jeet Kune Do, Boxing, Muay Thai, Savate, Wrestling, Judo, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Our instructors have cross-trained in many disciplines for both stand-up and ground allowing for a unique blended style. Whether you are interested in self-defense, sport-based MMA fighting, or just a good work out – our MMA/Striking program can help you reach your goals.

Our Striking Fundamentals classes run on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. They are open to students enrolled in both our Adult Martial Arts and Fitness Programs. The fundamentals class focuses on proper footwork, form/technique, and physical fitness. This class blends a good workout with practical life skills. It is geared toward fitness enthusiasts and aspiring martial arts alike.

Our Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) classes run on Tuesday and Thursday. These classes are for advanced students ready to put their grappling and striking skills together. Our MMA classes end with optional live sparring for those interested in testing their knowledge with other members of the team.

Self Defense is an important life skill that many people do not have and one that we hope you’ll never have to use. Exposure to the basics of striking, defense, distance, and footwork can put you on a path towards being able to defend yourself and your family if necessary. Many people have jobs that require them to sit all day long.  Exercise of any sort is critical for your health and well-being.  It can be hard to motivate yourself to go to a gym just to stand on a treadmill by yourself.  MMA burns a lot of calories while providing a useful skill. Our coaches and your fellow students will help you stay accountable by encouraging your every step!
