Kids 3-5 Early Start FUNdamentals – This class serves as an early introduction to martial arts for young children and will teach them the basics of self defense through play. We allow children younger than 3 to try the program to see if they are ready for an early start. Your child must be potty-trained in order to attend this class.

Kids 6-13 MMA – At Brazen Martial Arts our kid’s curriculum places equal emphasis on both standing and ground situations and also how to move between the two in order to ensure your child has the tools necessary to protect themselves.

Adult Fitness Kickboxing – In this fitness class we do some basic cardio kickboxing and bodyweight exercises.  We will push you to push you to improve your overall endurance and fitness.

Adult Striking Fundamentals –  This class focuses on proper footwork, form/technique, and physical fitness. This class blends a good workout with practical life skills. It is geared toward fitness enthusiasts and aspiring martial arts alike.

Adult BJJ Fundamentals – Whether you are interested in self-defense, getting into shape, or competing in sport-based BJJ competitions – our BJJ program can help you reach your goals.
